The Best Developer in the Philippines

There are lots of Engineers out there who are really good in programming, lots of skills and talents
to code and to analyze. Most of them are all successful now. But are they really good? What is your criteria? Can you name one of them?

I can name just only one person, the name Rodolfo Cerrada. The best engineer I ever met. Why?

Is your engineer a team player?
Is your engineer willing to sacrifice his time for his team mates sake?
Is your engineer versatile?
Is your engineer approachable?
Does your engineer have short-term and long-term goals?
Is he updated in the current technologies?
Is he willing to share his knowledge to others?
well, this are just some of the criterias...

The reason why I said that Rod is the best engineer I have seen, is this:

The "ATTITUDE".

If your engineer have good attitude, then he can be the "Best Engineer" too.

To all Engineers out there: sometimes we think that we are the best among the crowd and that we are way ahead of others. Can we step on the ground again like we used to do and say, "I want to learn. Please share your thoughts because I am more than willing to listen." If you can do that, you surely have the attitude! A humble one...
